RSOG – INTAN STRATEGIC PARTNERSHIP: PROGRAMME COLLABORATION
The National Institute of Public Administration (INTAN), in partnership with RSOG, is strategically extending access to its selected high-impact training programmes beyond the core public service to include a wider audience.
We would like to welcome organisations from within the corporate sector including Government-Linked Companies (GLCs), state governments, government agencies, statutory bodies, NGOs and beyond.
By broadening participation, we are enhancing collaboration across sectors, facilitating meaningful dialogue, and promoting a culture of continuous learning. Thus, integrating best insights and innovations into Malaysia’s broader governance and development landscape.
Listed below are the identified programmes :
THE ADVANCED LEADERSHIP AND MANAGEMENT PROGRAMME (ALMP)
This mandatory programme is for senior officials identified for Jawatan Utama Sektor Awam (JUSA) Premier Grade C and equivalent posts. It is specifically designed to forge leaders of national change and reform.
The curriculum focuses on advanced strategic thinking, ethical governance, and public policy mastery. The high-impact methodology ensures a rigorous executive experience, including strategic networking and a comprehensive assessment.


CORPORATE DIRECTORS LEADERSHIP AND INTEGRITY (CDLI) COURSE
This programme is designed for public officers (Grade 41/9 and above) appointed as Board members in GLCs and statutory bodies. The main aim is to instil leadership, integrity, and transparent corporate governance at the highest level.
The curriculum provides a deep dive into the Malaysian Code on Corporate Governance (MCCG), the Companies Act 2016, and critical emerging issues like ESG and Cybersecurity. Successful completion leads to an official CDLI competency certificate, directly enhancing directorial effectiveness and minimising organisational governance risks.
COACHING (PANDU CITRA) FOR LEADERS
INTAN, as the official Centre of Excellence for Coaching in the Malaysian Public Service, is spearheading the national movement to embed a solution-focused leadership culture. The Pandu Citra initiative equips public sector leaders with the essential mindset and communication skills for effective coaching.
Participants can engage through the “Coaching for Leaders” course where they learn proven global models like GROW and OSKAR, as well as practical questioning techniques. They can also expand their network via the INTAN Coaching Circle events.
This effort is vital for unlocking the full potential of teams, driving institutional performance, and leading the future of governance through effective dialogue and development.


PROTOCOL, ETIQUETTE AND EVENT MANAGEMENT COURSE
This course provides comprehensive training in Malaysian Government Protocol, Social Etiquette, and high-level Official Event Management. Participants will master the 20 Elements of Protocol, the official Order of Precedence (Susunan Keutamaan), correct seating arrangements, and ceremonial hosting.
The programme combines essential theory with practical simulation to ensure participants build the confidence and competence needed to handle any official function with precision—from welcoming international dignitaries to managing complex official dinners.
COLLAB360 (TEAM BUILDING PROGRAMME)
This programme is focused on enhancing collaboration, communication, and 360-degree team synergy. The core content develops essential skills like team bonding, mutual trust, inclusive leadership, and collective problem-solving.
Using a powerful blend of challenging outdoor and indoor activities, the programme pushes boundaries and ensures practical application. The final outcome is a high-performing unit ready to foster innovation and drive organisational excellence.
