In Conversation Series
The RSOG Leadership in Conversation series is a means to facilitate conversations and intellectual discourse on pertinent and current issues affecting the Malaysian Public Service and society in general. It features local and international speakers who are prominent in their respective fields. The issues and themes discussed are wide and range from personality and motivation, purpose-led leadership, Malaysia’s multicultural society and local knowledge, among others. The aim of the In-Conversation series is multi-fold, including dissemination of new knowledge to the participants. However, more importantly, input gathered in these sessions will be channeled towards the development of RSOG homegrown modules/programmes that would meet the requirements of current and future leaders.
Webinar
RSOG’s webinar series is an online leadership related forum on contemporary topics presented by an esteemed guest speaker to a specific target audience with an emphasis on practical wisdom and leadership experience. The webinar series engages with various public and private sector stakeholders, including senior leaders, practitioners, professionals, and academicians. This interactive session is conducted within one hour with three (3) key questions posed to the guest speaker.
