About

Razak School of Government, a distinctive leadership development institution, was established on 30 July 2010 to propel the advancement of Malaysia’s senior public sector leaders across all service sectors.

As a strong proponent of effective and impactful leadership that necessitates continuous learning and development, RSOG designs and develops forward-thinking and practical leadership development programmes. Thus, accelerating competencies and capabilities of senior leaders to remain resilient, effective and inspired to strive in new and challenging environment.

Through our Leadership Development Centre, RSOG offers executive education and leadership conversation, coaching mentoring and learning solutions, and open programme for leadership development that meets the needs of the individual and the organisation.

The logo is a visualization of energy, power, and integrity imparted by the creation and innovative search for knowledge. The abstract image of a book, with one page turning and expanding symbolizes the turning of a new page for the advancement of knowledge and expertise in the fields of leadership and public policy in Malaysia. More importantly, it is a homage to the Red book by the father of development, of which Razak School of Government is named after.
