RSOG’s leadership programmes are designed based on research previously conducted to determine areas of priority and focus. All programmes are co-designed with world-class subject matter experts to offer a global outlook coupled with customised content to suit local needs and characteristics. Based on the priority areas and focus, some are designed as multi-modular and involve psychometric and profiling that would be applied in the learning. For modular programmes, the interim period is used to initiate personal actionable projects to apply the learning to actual situations in participants’ workplaces.
